Hi, I just saw your mindfulness video on Huffington Post and wanted to tell you that I appreciated it, especially the end where you explain how you pray that your mindfulness practice benefits all beings equally. So loving and beautiful. thank you. Also, your website is filled with great info. I’ll be spending a lot of time here. all the best to you.

    Hi Cheryl,

Thanks so much for your kind words, Cheryl. I’m happy that you appreciate the “dedication of merit” for all beings. This flows directly from the recognition that all beings are seamlessly interconnected and interdependent–that, in Reality, there are no separate selves. I’ve also emphasized this in the refrain of an anthem to all beings that I’ve recently composed: “We’re all one, we’re all one, just as surely as all sunbeams are the sun; we’re all sisters and brothers, and there really are no others; so let’s join in love and walk each other home.”

    With warm best wishes,
    George

I have downloaded on audio The New Earth and Full Catastrophe Living. Thank you for these two recommendations. I have played a New Earth over and over again as I have walked my dog through the botanical gardens in the afternoon. The audiobook has made my daily walk extremely pleasant.
